Takuro is one of the characters whom is friends with Hiroshi. He is noted for his better appearance compared to the other characters, and he has the qualities of the leader of the group of four.

Role in the GameEdit

Like Hiroshi, Takuro wishes to escape and help the others. Takuro is the last person to become a character oni , Unlike Mika or Takeshi, he acts just as proactively as Hiroshi does, insisting the two split up to find an exit. During his search, he twists his ankle and hides in a closet in the annex basement.

Takuro's Role in Other VersionsEdit

In Version 1, Takuro asks Hiroshi and Kazuya to join him and his friends to go to the mansion, shortly after the oni attacks them, he finds Hiroshi who tells where Mika is, the oni kills him shortly after leaving Hiroshi.

In Version 3, Takuro's head is bitten off by the oni.

In Version 5, Takuro is not seen after the very first encounter with him in the archive room. It is possible to rescue him at the end by travelling all the way back to the library and speaking with him in the corner.
